Manage Participantsis the panel where you can see everyone logged in to your meeting in a convenient participant list. The report will be available in CSV file format in the Downloads folder of your computer. If you want to download the attendance report, click the box ‘Export with meeting data’ to include meeting details (such as title, duration and date) in your report. If there were any guest attendees in your Zoom meeting, you might only see their name with no email address. In this case, there will be a checkbox labeled Show unique users which only shows one entry for each participant. Go to the reports tab of UTS Zoom at least 30 minutes after your meeting has ended. Then on the left side of your screen, you will look under your Admin menu, then click on Account Management, and there. Reports cannot be downloaded for meetings that have been deleted from your meetings list.
